1. The Nature of Digital Assets
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software, source codes, and digital assets cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it remains in your possession indefinitely. Therefore, DazzleMarket operates on a strict "No Refund" policy for buyer's remorse or mistaken purchases.
However, we are committed to providing a safe ecosystem. If a product is fundamentally defective, fraudulent, or fails to meet the technical standards advertised, you are fully protected by our Buyer Protection Guarantee.
Eligible for Refund
- Item is fundamentally broken: The core source code contains fatal errors preventing it from functioning as advertised, and the author cannot fix it within 48 business hours.
- Malicious Code (Malware): The asset contains intentional backdoors, tracking scripts, or crypto-miners not explicitly stated in the documentation.
- Significantly Not As Described: The product page promises major features (e.g., "Includes Stripe Integration") which are completely missing from the downloaded files.
- Lack of Promised Support: You purchased the item with active 6-month support, but the author has failed to respond to your critical technical query for over 5 business days.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Buyer's Remorse: You changed your mind, decided you no longer need the item, or found an alternative solution after downloading the files.
- Lack of Expertise: You do not possess the required technical skills (e.g., PHP, React, server administration) to install or use the software.
- Bought by Mistake: Claiming the purchase was an accident or a mistaken click after the files have already been accessed or downloaded from the vault.
- Third-Party Conflicts: The item works perfectly standalone, but conflicts with another specific plugin, theme, or custom server configuration you are using.
2. The 30-Day Resolution Window
All refund requests and formal disputes must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, the funds are permanently cleared and transferred to the respective creator's bank account. Once funds are dispersed, DazzleMarket holds no jurisdiction to claw back or refund the transaction under any circumstances.
3. Chargeback & Fraud Policy
DazzleMarket employs a zero-tolerance policy against credit card fraud and illegitimate chargebacks. Filing a dispute directly with your bank or PayPal ("Friendly Fraud") without first contacting our Trust & Safety team constitutes a breach of this agreement.
If an illegitimate chargeback is filed, your DazzleMarket account will be permanently banned. All your purchased licenses will be immediately revoked, and your IP/Hardware ID will be blacklisted across our global network. Legal action may be pursued through Mad Falcon Enterprises' legal counsel to recover lost funds and arbitration fees.
How to file a Dispute?
If your situation meets the eligibility criteria above, you can initiate a formal dispute directly from your Order History panel.
