DazzleMarket
v2.0.4 / Quality Standards

Author & Creator Guidelines.

DazzleMarket is built on absolute quality, security, and developer trust. Before you upload your first asset, carefully read our engineering standards, legal compliance rules, and review process requirements.

Essential Do's

  • Write clean, commented codeYour code must be well-structured, human-readable, and thoroughly commented. Obfuscated or intentionally unreadable code will be instantly rejected.
  • Include comprehensive documentationEvery asset must include an index.html or README.md file explaining installation, configuration, and basic usage requirements.
  • Use valid open-source licensesIf you include third-party libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, React), ensure their licenses permit commercial redistribution. Credit them in your docs.

Strict Don'ts

  • No malicious code or backdoorsAny attempt to inject malware, crypto-miners, remote backdoors, or unauthorized tracking scripts will result in a permanent ban and legal reporting.
  • Do not upload "Nulled" or Pirated scriptsYou must be the original creator of the asset. Reselling items bought from other marketplaces (Envato, UI8) is a severe intellectual property violation.
  • Do not include complex license-checksDazzleMarket handles licensing automatically. Do not inject aggressive DRM or forced remote activation scripts that break the app if your server goes down.

Asset Preparation Guide

Follow these strict formatting rules to ensure your submission is approved without any delays.

Thumbnails & Media

Your primary thumbnail must be exactly in a 16:10 aspect ratio (e.g., 1600x1000px). Avoid heavy text on images. Upload at least 3 high-resolution screenshots for the gallery to improve conversions.

Main ZIP Structure

Your uploaded secure ZIP file must be clean. Never include node_modules or vendor directories. Include a /Source folder and a /Documentation folder cleanly separated.

Live Demo URLs

Live previews must point directly to the working product. Demos containing disruptive pop-ups, mandatory email captures, or affiliate links to other marketplaces will be instantly rejected.

Technical Standards

To maintain our position as a premium marketplace, all submissions must pass our rigorous engineering thresholds.

Code Quality

Code must adhere to standard PSR/PEP/ESLint guidelines depending on the language. Variables should be logically named. No hard-coded sensitive credentials or API keys should be left in the code.

Vulnerability Free

Web apps must protect against SQL Injection, XSS, and CSRF attacks. Use prepared statements for DB queries and secure password hashing algorithms (bcrypt/argon2) for auth systems.

Dependency Management

If your project requires external libraries, you must provide a valid package.json, composer.json, or requirements.txt file so buyers can safely compile the project.

Hard Rejection Reasons

Our QA team has zero tolerance for the following issues. Your item will be hard-rejected if it contains: Broken links in the live demo, missing documentation, massive file sizes due to uncompressed 4K images/videos, relying on deprecated packages (e.g., PHP 5.x functions, outdated React classes), or highly generic, low-effort UI designs that resemble cheap free templates.

Intellectual Property

You must have full legal rights or authorship for every line of code, design asset, and media file you upload to DazzleMarket.

  • Third-Party Assets: If you use stock images, open-source fonts, or libraries, you must verify that their licenses permit commercial redistribution.
  • Zero Plagiarism: Cloning UI designs from existing popular apps (e.g., "Exact Spotify Clone") without transformative changes violates trademark laws.

DMCA & Takedown Policy

We take copyright infringement incredibly seriously. If a valid DMCA takedown notice is filed against your product, it will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

Authors found deliberately stealing code or selling nulled scripts will face permanent account termination, forfeiture of pending payouts, and potential legal prosecution.
